Meet The Face Behind Almond Tree Renovations

I’m Aaron Mandelbaum, the proud owner of Almond Tree Renovations. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

My journey into real estate renovations began thirty years ago, helping a friend who was a contractor. I was rather green and didn’t know much until I started flipping properties, eventually moving on to offer renovations services.

Over the past five years, I have focused on multi-residential and senior home renovation services, and we have renovated hundreds of units in apartment buildings. From shower conversions, walk-in tubs, flooring, painting, and kitchens, we’ve done it all.

In the years I have been in the renovation field, it has gotten a lot more competitive, and while cheaper offerings have emerged, they have not always proven to be better. 

I love working with a successful and highly motivated team. I also enjoy the flexibility of business ownership and take pride in ensuring my employees are happy and their needs are met. My business philosophy is based around developing relationships. For example, I have worked with the same tile guy for thirty years and believe trust makes life easier.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my commitment to integrity and getting the job done right the first time.

I attribute my success to my adaptability and hard work. I have confidence in my people and my own abilities, and we have a reputation for delivering on our promises.

Taking on and completing hundreds of projects has given me immense satisfaction over the years.

When I am not at work, I have a few different hobbies and interests. My latest hobby is being an assistant coach on my son’s hockey team. I also enjoy skiing, playing sports, canoeing, and cooking.

I also care about protecting the environment and thus drive a hybrid and utilize renewable energy in my home.  

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
